SPRING BLOG TOUR WITH PICKLE TOES PATTERNS
WELCOME SPRING!
Welcome to Sew into Spring with Pickle Toes Patterns. Join us for 5 days of sewing our patterns as we prep for the transition from winter to spring. We were lucky enough to have 10 bloggers join us sewing up lovely creations and to have Evelyn at Seweird Fabric sponsor our bloggers and offer us a store credit for one of our lovely readers. You can find Evelyn on Facebook here. At the end of the tour join us for a rafflecopter giveaway featuring a $20 credit from Seweird and a $20 shop credit from us.
I am honored to be part of Pickle Toes Patterns and reviewing the Night Night Gown.
You know we are learning new things every day, right? Although I have been sewing for years now, I have no idea what is the FOE (fold over elastic) and I do not have a matching rib knit/ cotton lycra that is used in this design for the neckline and armbands, but I was lucky that the neck holes are large enough for my girl to put her head through, so I finished the neck hole with similar Japanese linen cut on bias.
But I will surely dig some information on Fold on Elastic because I am pretty sure they don't sell it here :(
The PTP have layering option which saves you a lot of headache and papers too! lol, and assembling the patterns is easy.
The Night Night Gown has so many mix-match option and comes in size 6 months up to 20 years! Woww wow...how cool is that you save a lot of *ka-ching with just one pattern!
