Sew-made: A zip around boxy wallet

Assalammualaikum
Hi! Everyone!
This is a zip-around boxy wallet, a design inspired by hand made design in Thailand.
I am not sure she design it but she sells the pattern template and tutorial in Thailand. I tried to buy the pattern and tutorial from her, but she turned me down. She even lied to me that she does not sell or offer to sell the pattern template/tutorial. Sighs. I don't read Thai but I can read pictures, you know!

The reason why I want to buy the pattern is that I can learn more about bag making technique which was very limited in Malaysia. I love learning from my fellow Thai friends because their technique and design are far more advanced from what we have here. It's sad, right? People in Malaysia are not really fond of sewing and crafts, not now...maybe another 10 years, perhaps?

So, here is the more improved design, after I bought another pattern from one of my fellow Thai friends,
Ms. Nok. She has been a huge help in making my hand made better and sturdier.
Thank you, Ms. Nok!

This zip around boxy wallet is different from what you have seen in the hand made market, you can see the difference at the zip where there is binding on each zip, unlike the normal design zip around wallet, the zip itself is attached to the body of the wallet.

I add a detachable strap so that it is easier to carry and to have a safe feel when carrying one. This is a huge wallet that can fit your phone, contains 16 slots for cards, a divider, and a zip compartment.

The bindings are finished with hand stitch.
