My very own Bangkok Street Bag!

Remember about the long purse I'd make for myself using Novita's tutorial? And that I had no bag to carry the wallet and my cellphone with? So, here it is, my very own Bangkok Street Bag!!! How many of you love the bag? Well, I do!!!!
It is a very simple bag that you can load in a lot of stuff!!!
I improvised it a bit with additional 2 pockets with flap on the exterior and inside of the bag and use Velcro for closures. I also add a vintage button (is it vintage?) which I received as a free gift from ButtonPlanet, for the bag closure.
Oh, yes, I also add a tiny detail on the front pocket, a green ribbon for some personal touch :)

Now, talking about the fabrics I used. Hmm, I don't know the name of the fabrics. It's used mainly in Thailand for their famous shirt and bag (about the same).
It is indeed thin and feel kinda rough when to touch, just like the potato sack but not too hard (thin fabric but rough, get it?). I lined the bag with the same fabric but different print so that it will be sturdier and fortunately it turned out to be not so heavy bag to carry if without load.

Does anyone know what kind of fabrics are these??? Please let me know.

I just love the bag and already used it yesterday to get some sewing stuff!!

Just updating my little girl, Enay. And me.
P/S: My daughter, Erisa keep on bugging me to make her a sling bag to put in her wallet and cellphone. She wants a girlish type of bag.
Umm...maybe after I've completed the Baby Jue Tote now in the process of making.
